What do I need to know about special orders?

A special order is any request for colors, sizes, or items not currently offered. Special orders must be appropriate requests and will require approval. Please inquire with Carousel's special order contact, Jennifer Jardim, or call (800) 499-2606 for more info. Once approved, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery, as lead times will vary based on item, quantity and availability. We will do everything possible to deliver the product(s) you desire, with exceptional service.

I'm having issues with the website; What should I do?

Please contact technical support or call Roger Thomas at (800) 499-2606 and the issue will be addressed immediately. During this time, customer service will be more than happy to assist you in finding or ordering products; and will promptly update you on the progress of any issues.

Who is JMA?

JMA, or John MIchael Associates, is a partner for the distribution of Carousel's branded promotional merchandise (the products on this site), and is responsible for this online store and the e-commerce service behind it.
